While we are still learning details of the allegations, the Governor expects all public servants to uphold the highest standards of integrity.

You don’t start something unless you’re going to finish.

It’s only wrong to shut our government down, and I’m relieved … the people now that are going to get paid and fed.

My party crossed a line.

This Trump administration, his acolytes and the supine Congress led by Speaker [Mike] Johnson, are doubling down on stupid.

This idea that somehow we can put up walls, we can put up barriers, we could put up tariffs, we put up our middle fingers and just turn our back is lunacy.

I want to be a voice saying, 'hey, look, that's a lie. I don't know what your recovery looks like, but as long as you stay in it, I promise you you will get better.'

It's not a weakness.

I suffered from depression and I made a recovery and I won an election.

What exactly am I guilty of?

It's always been wrong for us to shut the government down.

I’m much more alarmed about the future of our country and the world we’re trying to build than they are.

I’m really more alarmed than it appears the eight members of my party are in the United States Senate.

I’m not coming in to punch anybody in the face, but I’m not pleased that, in the face of this invasive species that is Donald Trump, who’s completely changed the rules of the game, that we’re still playing by the old rules of the game.
