I think probably anybody that operates in this lane on diplomacy cannot be more disgusted with the U.N. than it is right now.

This Administration consistently and all too often worries about what Putin will do.

We need to accept that Russia sees this kind of diplomacy as weakness and that it only seriously responds when we project strength.
