I have continued to receive encouraging results following yesterday’s voting.

Government will construct the Matipa Road and ensure the speedy completion of the Solwezi-Kipushi Road, where works have already begun.

Government will proceed with the construction of the long-awaited Central Business District after agreeing on its location.

Boarding facilities at Lamba Basic School will be upgraded, while a skills training centre will also be established.

Plans to construct a district hospital to improve access to healthcare services in Mushindamo.

Beneficiaries of social protection programmes should be selected fairly, without discrimination.

Reject politicians whom I accused of seeking public office for personal gain.

Vote for the UPND in next week’s General Election, saying this will allow Government to continue implementing programmes such as Free Education.

The projects will be implemented when the UPND is given another mandate in next week’s General Election.

Political parties without manifestos have no solutions to the country’s challenges.

I am aware that network connectivity is a challenge here. Once you vote for us in the forthcoming General Elections, we shall work on communication towers to ensure clear network coverage,

We shall therefore ensure that the Kalabo-Kalongola road is worked on, through to Matebele, so that our people can move with ease’’,

The government’s commitment to complete the Nalolo District Hospital and equip it with modern facilities so that it becomes a fully-fledged referral facility for the district.

The government will enroll more farmers on the Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP) and ensure that farmers who sell maize to the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) are paid through mobile money within 48 hours.

I have been here many times, especially when I was in the opposition, and I have seen how difficult it is for our people to reach here.

From today onwards, you will be getting paid immediately you supply your produce to FRA.
