I want to commend Mr. Huizenga for, especially for proceeding in as bipartisan a fashion as possible.

The House passed a bill on last week that would actually repeal that medical device tax which is part of the healthcare bill.

I think it is important to remember that we are not here today, there is no movement in Washington to get rid of those types of regulations.

We are actually pulling in the same direction on this. All we are interested in is making sure that small businesses are having every opportunity that we can give them.
