This is al Qaeda operating in Iraq. And, as I say, they were present before we invaded Iraq.

The documents released Monday clearly demonstrate that the individuals subjected to enhanced interrogation techniques provided the bulk of intelligence we gained about al Qaeda.

The problem I have with Snowden is he had access to classified information. He violated the conditions under which he got those. He's a traitor. Pure and simple.

What's most troubling about Senator Reid's comments yesterday is his defeatism. Indeed, last week he said the war is already lost. And the timetable legislation that he is now pursuing would guarantee defeat.
