I am going to call it eating the whale one bite at a time to make it more bipartisan.
I am tired of the accusations the Republican budget hawks... are willing to throw in the towel and accept a trillion and...
I have watched this for years now and chaired it for a while, and I know that most of the budgets never last more than 4...
I was also troubled by that GAO report.
