I rise to speak on the Bond-Collins amendment and give a little explanation of what has been submitted. I am sure most of the Members of this body will want to back an amendment that supports small business in the way that this particular amendment does. Senator Bond, of course, has worked extensively on it and is the ranking member on the Small Business Committee. Senator Collins has been involved in small business most of her life. I appreciate all the thought and effort that went into this amendment. It will provide an immediate economic stimulus and will provide a stimulus for small businesses in this country. The details of this are very limited to small business. However, it is an area that will help out immediately a wide range of businesses, and I will explain how that will happen. I appreciate this opportunity to talk about what our Nation and my State of Wyoming need in the way of an economic stimulus package.
