Res. 11, the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2016, for H.R. 3762, the Restoring Americans' Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act of 2015. On January 6, 2016, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 3762, which had been amended by a complete Senate substitute. On January 8, 2016, the President vetoed the measure.
