We have been working on a pedigree and licensure amendment--it is actually structured as a separate bill--in anticipation of trying to add to this when we can find a solution that we feel comfortable with, and we haven't gotten there yet. I think we are close, but we haven't gotten there yet. It has been a joint effort with Senator Kennedy and I and both our staffs.
