Mr. President, there is a huge concern, particularly in rural America, about the closing down of the processing centers in States. Our State no longer has a processing center. It takes at least an extra day to get the mail. So I would urge my colleagues to accept this motion, and I would ask if the sponsor would take it by voice vote.
