Mike Enzi said "I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 26; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and morning business be closed; further, that following leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 1628, with the time until 11:30 a.m. equally divided between the two leaders or their designees; finally, that the previous order with respect to the vote time in relation to amendment No. 271 be modified to occur at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow, and the vote on the pending motion to commit occur at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow, with all other provisions remaining in effect.
