Mr. President, I thank the Senator from South Carolina, particularly for the insight on the way that this particular Board abused his State and found out they were wrong and got it all taken care of. But his comments are particularly valuable in dealing with this shortening of the time as well. I thank him for speaking and I yield the floor.
