I wish to note that on the evening of Monday, June 24, 2013 I missed Senate rollcall vote No. 160 on the motion to invoke cloture on the Leahy substitute amendment No. 1183 due to travel delays. I would like to make clear in the Record that if I were in attendance I would have voted in opposition of the motion to invoke cloture on this measure.
