This is not a new tax. This is an existing lawfully due tax imposed on consumers.

Our bill, H.R. 3179, is purposed in doing just that.

I would prefer to see one rate. Three rates is better than 9,000-some rates.

This is an issue of fairness, comparable businesses that sell the same things that are not being treated the same.
