Certainly. The Senator from Iowa is not answering the same question the Senator from Illinois is asking. I did say that when the resolution passes, they would not be able to discriminate on preexisting, they would not be able to impose annual limits. They will not be imposing lifetime limits. They will have to keep people until age 26, and they will not be able to cancel it for paperwork error. I think that is the question the Senator from Illinois was asking, not the copays and those things.
