We will have to find a way to fund the Wind River Irrigation Project and other similar Indian Irrigation projects in the future. I hope we can work with our colleagues on the Budget Committee and Appropriations Committee next year to address the critical shortfall in funding and the lack of planning to address these problems within the BIA.
