I am open to any suggestions that you might have for ways we can bring that down.
If properly funded, it will save lives.
I have watched this for years now and chaired it for a while, and I know that most of the budgets never last more than 4...
I think there has not been that type of oversight over the Department of Defense that needs to take place.
