I think the Senator from Utah has made a clear point. The costs are real. The costs of doing this are very real. The benefits, however, are theoretical. I see my colleague and friend from Idaho here. I ask him, who elected the Environmental Protection Agency? Because we sure know the American people are against these increased costs for energy and these job- killing regulations.
