That is the only way the Democrats can say, well, this actually saves money. In reality, in terms of health care in the country, it does not. This bill, if it passes, is going to end up costing patients more. It is going to interfere with the doctor-patient relationship. It is going to result in an America where people truly believe their personal care--and that is what people care about: What is in it for me? How will this bill affect me and my life and my children? If they are providing for adult care, how is it going to affect their parents? They believe the care they receive, in terms of the quality of care and the available care they receive, it is going to be worse.”
