I just think that the sad fact is that President Biden's oil and gas leasing ban in the United States, cancellation of the Keystone XL pipeline, and his failure at the same time to sanction entities involved in the Nordstream II pipeline all add up to an energy policy that seems to favor Russia over the United States.
