Fiscal disclosure requirements make sense. We have them here in the Senate. They should also apply to the financial dealings of advisors to Puerto Rico's Oversight Board hired under PROMESA.

I believe you should prove you are a citizen if you want to vote in the United States. I believe you need to show a photo ID when you need to vote. That is what we have to do in my home State of Wyoming. Many States require it.
