Is that why they are shutting down the government? Leverage for that? Leverage for $1.5 trillion in new spending? Leverage so they can eliminate the one thing that we passed this summer to help our rural hospitals--$50 billion for rural hospitals, remote hospitals like those that we have all across the country? They want to get rid of that? Leverage for that?”
