I come to the floor today to talk about the Biden energy crisis that is affecting our country. Now, Joe Biden has been threatening to declare a climate emergency. Democrats from New England, Members of this body, have been practically begging him to do so. They actually went to Massachusetts with him last week to try to twist his arm.
