We continue with people out of work, unemployed, underemployed, and the promise both from the President of new jobs and of Nancy Pelosi of 4 million jobs is another broken promise. Instead of creating jobs, this new law is destroying jobs all across the country. You say, how is it they can actually be destroying jobs?
