I come to the floor today with the ranking member of the Senate energy committee to discuss the issues of the Keystone XL Pipeline. I turn to my colleague from Alaska to invite her to share with the Senate some of her observations, considerations, and concerns as we seek approval of an opportunity to create more jobs in America and improve our economy, as well as energy security for our country.
