I am going to read a little bit of the way this article begins. The ObamaCare that consumers will finally be able to sign up for next week is a long way from the health plan President Obama first pitched to the Nation. The President and former President Bill Clinton will be holding a pep rally attempting to convince people to sign up for health insurance in the new exchanges that open 1 week from today. This health care law was supposed to be the signature achievement of the Obama Presidency. Why does the President need to call for backup to explain it?
