The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), add the following: Sec. _. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to carry out or administer any Remote Work Agreement of a domestically-assigned direct-hire employee if the employee's alternate worksite is located outside of the locality pay area of the regular worksite for the employee's position of record.
