I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: On page 177, after section 244, insert the following: Sec. 245. No funds made available under this title may be used by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for remote work performed by an employee of the Department of Housing and Urban Development at an alternative worksite within a 50 mile radius of an office of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 838, the gentlewoman from Wyoming (Ms. Hageman) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Wyoming.
