The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to finalize, revise, implement, administer, or enforce the notice of interim guidance entitled ``National Environmental Policy Act Guidance on Consideration of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Climate Change'' published by the Council on Environmental Quality in the Federal Register on January 9, 2023 (88 Fed. Reg. 1196). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 838, the gentlewoman from Wyoming (Ms. Hageman) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
