I am proud to testify on my bill to prohibit the finalization of the draft Resource Management Plan, or RMP revision, and its associated Draft Environmental Impact Statement from the Bureau of Land Management that would severely restrict grazing, mining, oil and gas development, recreation, and other activities on 3.6 million acres in Wyoming.
