The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Secretary of Labor for the climate literacy training described in the ``Climate Adaption Plan Program Report'' published by the Department of Labor or collaboration with other Federal agencies to provide such training.
