Buying a home is a critical part of the American dream, and that dream is out of reach for an increasing number of Americans because of high prices and high mortgage rates.

I think that is a really smart idea.

Without enough housing, we damage our communities, hold back the small businesses that power this country's growth, and make it harder for millions of families to build wealth.
