Last night, the U.S. Senate passed a bill that will put Wyoming’s school trust fund to better work for our students.

“Unlike rulemaking, legislation gives this industry a lasting solution that shields it from the whiplash of changes in the White House.

I pushed hard to zero out the $200 NFA tax on suppressors and short-barreled rifles in the One Big Beautiful Bill, and it’s exactly that provision that made this court win possible.

“We have incorporated more than 114 separate provisions at my Democrat colleagues’ request, and as a result, this bill is a strong bipartisan product.
