So I came home from that parade wondering if Wyoming maybe was a little ahead of the country on this. It turns out Wyoming is right where the country already is.

I pushed hard to zero out the $200 NFA tax on suppressors and short-barreled rifles in the One Big Beautiful Bill, and it’s exactly that provision that made this court win possible.
