I would like to use the image of President Obama saying over and over and over to the American people, ``If you like your health insurance, you can keep it.'' And this bill does not fulfill the President's promise. ... This bill does not fulfill the President's promise that if you like your insurance you can keep it. I urge that we kill this misguided health care bill.
