The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to finalize, implement, administer, or enforce the proposed rule entitled ``Health and Environmental Protection Standards for Uranium and Thorium Mill Tailings'' published by the Environmental Protection Agency in the Federal Register on January 26, 2015 (80 Fed. Reg. 4156 et seq.), or any rule of the same substance. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 820, the gentlewoman from Wyoming (Mrs. Lummis) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
