I thank the gentleman for yielding. I rise to support this amendment. I certainly understand the gentleman's concerns about support for the ongoing cleanup efforts at the Department of Energy sites. This amendment is a small adjustment that will ensure continued progress to the West Valley Demonstration Project, and I am pleased to support this amendment.
