Reclaiming my time, as I mentioned, this is not the way to run the government, absolutely not the way to run the government. Everyone on this side of the aisle agrees with that. But the fact is we have a difference between the House and the Senate. And what do you do when you have a difference between the House and the Senate? Should it have been done 2 months ago? Sure. It wasn't. We are where we are today, and now we need to sit down and work out the differences between the House and the Senate, and I suspect we have a difference of opinion of how we came to this point.
