I support this amendment. On this particular issue, applying the referenced WRRDA provision to this fiscal year 2015 bill means that, roughly, $30 million must be provided for the harbor maintenance of the Great Lakes navigation system. The underlying bill funds the budget request, which includes approximately $100 million for the Great Lakes. Therefore, while I believe it is unnecessary, I do not object to this amendment and will support it. I yield to the gentlewoman from Ohio (Ms. Kaptur), my good friend.
