I thank Mr. Faso for the question. The gentleman is correct on his reading of the bill. Projects authorized under section 5003 of the 2007 water bill are eligible for this additional funding by the Army Corps of Engineers. This is reflected in report language from the Energy and Water Development, and Related Agencies Subcommittee.
