Mr. Chairman, I want to thank you for your work, and I appreciate your willingness and the opportunity to bring accountability, as many of you know, to the challenge that we have in California and the devastation of the drought, but what is wreaking havoc throughout the Valley--which is the breadbasket--we find many times much of this money is not being held accountable and the lack of water that is not being supplied throughout California. We appreciate your work on this.
