I want this drinking water level, as I have tried to put in legislation out much sooner than what we expect it to be, and I am going to keep pushing on that, because I think that is critical.

There continue to be vast differences between the White House and Senate Republicans when it comes to the definition of infrastructure, the magnitude of proposed spending, and how to pay for it.
