I thank the chairman for yielding, and I want to second the comments he's made about the fairness on both sides of the aisle. I think the chairman has been particularly fair and, as stated, is willing to work with so many Members on amendments, whether he has accepted them today or not. I also commend the staffs on both sides for their hard work. Mr. Petri, I commend his leadership, and Mr. Costello as well on my side of the aisle. And let's all hope this is the last time we go through this this year on this bill.
