I am advised that in the last ISTEA legislation we did, that Wisconsin was adjusted near the end, and it came out very well. So I am not sure what the gentleman's direct concern is here, but certainly in the future in agreeing with this amendment which he wholeheartedly supports, we will be glad to exempt Wisconsin.
