There is no enforcement, no policing. There is no retribution.
I cannot figure why that condition was even put in if it was not intended to be kept or met.
But if they are basically able to just neglect that, thinking we are going to do all the heavy lifting...

It worries me that the veteran could receive medical care completely outside the VA with little to no oversight.
How do you see VA striking a balance between making sure a veteran receives access to care in the community and the care...
I understand that many of our veterans are concerned that shifting care to outside the VA is going to lead to less money...
But when I talk to the veterans, they still want veteran care. They demand it.
If that is the case, I would say, yes, our veterans have, really, reason for concern.
You need a single source basically taking care in curing them.
