Improvements have been made. I would say I know that Senator Warren's questioning and Mr. Hecker's response basically has West Virginia in the crosshairs.

What I'm advocating is that all industries, the coal industry included, should have to meet minimum Federal floor of compliance with water quality standards.

It will affect, well I don't mean that, we are already affected in our state drastically by some of these rules.

Basically this rule takes an awful lot of the resources this country has had and it has depended on over the years basically out of any type of production.

All we are looking for is that balance.
