Due to a policy change in 2017, the National Guard was removed from the Defense Environmental Restoration Program.

I just would keep in mind for a state like Wisconsin where many of our facilities are Guard facilities...

I want to also get information of how we look back, and have some parity or Equity for that time that the Guard installations were excluded from the program.
