Let me make the point, we have had hearings on this. The question is, Where do the hearings have to happen? Do they have to happen here in Washington or in Wisconsin? Thirty hearings, town hall meetings, as my colleague, Mr. Sensenbrenner, has already cataloged for us, 120 hours of debate. Two thousand residents testified in those assorted town hall meetings and the legislative hearings themselves. Again, if the Governor vetoed it, as my colleagues know who served in the Wisconsin State Legislature, the Wisconsin State Legislature has the ability to override them.
