I would say even more today, which is something I think is really important, but throughout the United States, the energy footprint of water use and renewable energy is a critical energy that we need to examine.

To me, comparative effectiveness and moving to an outcomes-based reimbursed system isn't about cost or rationing; it is about rewarding what works and let us stop rewarding what doesn't work in health care.
