I just think that we need proper funding.
My point always is what we ought to have done in 2017, like we ought to do now is simplify it and rationalize it.
I started this thing talking about simplifying and rationalizing the Tax Code, so I'm envisioning a very simple Tax Code.
Another problem is if you add it to an income tax you just end up raising massive revenue which I do believe does hurt economic growth.
So you think we should have a top tax rate of 73 percent.
If every country fulfilled their Paris climate change obligations that would only reduce global temperatures by .05 degrees centigrade.
If the U.S. were to completely go carbon neutral, that would only impact global temperatures by .3 degrees Fahrenheit by the Year 2100.
I do not deny climate change. I'm just not a climate change alarmist.
We've wasted at least $6.2 trillion and had no impact whatsoever.
I don't think there's anything we can really do about it.
the reality is China and India are not going to stop using fossil fuels.
